Our Day of Coordination services begin 1 month prior to the event date. This package includes two (2) phone calls to go over final details, detailed minute by minute timeline creation, coordination with all contracted vendors, floor plan and rental review, rehearsal and day-of onsite services, unlimited email and text communication, access to our event emergency kit and more!
